Step 1 Sole Source Mixing Brands

    Can anyone help me on this, I like the tetra Cambridge chocolate flavour but the yogurt and lemon bar isn't very substantial and I'm not into the shakes at all.

    Could I mix in a Nupo chocolate mint bar.. There yummy! Slight higher in calories but similar in protein.

    Or if your out and don't have any Cambridge products, what's the best meal replacement to buy in the chemist?

    Have you tried the other bars? I love the peanut crunch and the mint dark choc church.
