    I have decided to start a food diary , to help keep myself in line and make a more concerted effort to shift some of this lard before Christmas.Any tips ,comments or (constructive)critism welcome

    Sunday 15th November (ee)
    Milk for drinks etc HXA
    B-scrambled egg and mushrooms
    L-beans on toast (hxB)
    D-Spag bol with grated low fat cheddar (4syns)

    Need to add snacks and puds later

    L-chicken mugshot toast (hxB),laughing cow e/l triangle 1 syn
    , banana
    D-Spag bol with grated low fat cheddar (4syns),muller lite ( vanilla and dark chocolate)

    so 5 syns today...not bad

    final update for the day alpen lite bar 3 syns and asda good for you hot choc 1.5,plus 5 from earlier total syns for today 9.5

    L ww mediteranean pasta bake 1.5 syns grated low fat cheddar hxa
    banana with vanilla mullerlite
    D pork chop hxb + 2 syns ,bubble & squeak bake,carrots low fat choc mousse 3 syns

    syns so far 6.5

    oh yeah they are lovely!!

    Ok food for tuesday 17th november-green

    Milk for drinks and cereal-hxa
    B- 2 weetabix hxb
    S-apple
    L 2 waffles (3) beans,2 quorn sausages,fired egg (1/2),mullerlite ( rhubarb)
    S-cheese sandwich -other hxb and hxa, bns and chilli soup
    D- asda chickpea dhal and rice

    ok thats a sizeable snack planned for later,but i have a meeting at school so dont know what time i will get my diner-have planned ahead-get me!!
