Morning everyone at Rosemary Conley and others on site.
How is everyone this morning?

1/2 pt s.s. milk for drinks in the day
AM
1 pot dry porridge cooked with water.
1cup raspberries 1 tabs low fat yoghurt
2 walnuts sprinkle of cinnamon.

LUNCH
1/2 carton tomato and basil soup.
Cucumber,onion,tomato salad
"2 0Z feta chesse black pepper.
1 pear.

snack 5pm 6pm
2 tangerines

2 0Z smoked salmon. i scrambled egg (made with water)pepper.
plum tomatoes,

1/2 half melon. strawberries and creme f.fras.

Plus the 2 litres of water.

I am going to try belly dancing tonight and hope to take this up as a "moving more trend".:party0011:
I have always got a party piece then and it wont feel like excerise. Going with a friend so it should be a laugh,shes been before and says its fun and all shapes and sizes and ages so lookingforward to it.
