one bar, half a coffee and no water down. although it's right here beside me in a big bottle. ha. small steps :D

am at work and grumpy about it!!

went to see hell boy 2 last night though. it was pretty good. i don't think i got into it particularly well as i was feeling down in the doldrums. Don't think my hormones have stabalised as of yet. how do people who are usually hormonal cope? i'm certainly not doing so!! ha.

Hello - I am on my first day of CD restart style! Trying to keep my shakes until later so now on my 2nd glass of water!

So far have had half a vanilla shake in a coffee and one pint of water xx

Lol Sarah, you been up since 7am again? Hubby let me stay in bed again as its bank hol ;) Didnt get up til 11am hence the lack of water so far :)

Been up since 6.40 ;) couldnt sleep well last night think its due to cd though as i was warned! Have been going to 10 though the last few nights

i've been up since half 6... so i have no excuses. i'm just finding it hard to glug today. half a litre down :S still, it's going down now which is something...

Ive been up since 6am, been to the car boot and done some washing had 1 choc tetra and 4pts of water so far.

Hey girls, well im doing soo bad today. desperatly trying to squeeze into a pair of 16's and its just not happening!! ive one tetra down and nearly 1litre water oops so bad today!!!

Just had a banana shake.
Only got up an hour ago (was up with the baby from 4am till 7:30am)
It was a tough night!!!

not as bad as me babes and i'm being weighed later on. MUST... DRINK... MORE... WATER... and then stop an hour or so before so i can pee for the country, ha.

My water intake today is terrible...only had 2 pints so far, must get drinking! Have had a chicken & mushroom soup for lunch which was lovely :)
Have kept half of my vanilla from this morning so I can have another coffee this afternoon ;)

well i'm finally 1.5litres down which is better than earlier that's for sure, ha. still have an hour and a half before peeing central so hopefully i'll be a 2.5 by then :)

have just realised i haven't had my lunch. oops... chicken and mushroom soup is what i brought to work and it sounds fab now i've remembered, ha.

Well I have had a bad day CD wise. Took my grandma out shopping and she wanted to go to Mcdonalds, I duly ordered a water and watched them eat. Missed my lunch shake and have only been back about half an hour so have had my evening meal (am on SS+) and will have to fit in 2 shakes this evening. I've also had only half a litre of water today so have lots of work to do on that front tonight.
