Monday Morning and another attempt

Hi Everyone,

I have tried getting back on the diet a couple of times, then got made redundant so couldnt afford it.

Im back on the diet today as i can feel i have put on alot of weight and dont feel comfortable.

Any ideas how to keep myself on track?

im starting this week on ss and maybe then do ss+

The questiong Why? always keeps me steady.
Ex. Oooh I want (insert whatever food you fancy)!
Why do I want it? Do I really want it? Why did I start this diet? Why do I want to sabotage myself?

Kept me on the straight and narrow this weekend.

Good luck, no doubt you will do just fine.

I have restarted and am now on day 5..I have written in a diary how I am feeling before cd and why I want to do this..I am determined not to give in.
Just keep thinking why your doing this and how you feel when your done it.
Also a quote i saw on here which I think is so true....if food in not the problem, its not the solution!!!

thank you for your support, how much could i lose in 2months, im not sure how much i weigh at the moment, will find out later when i go to collect some shakes.

It works out at around a stone a month, but probably more in the first month. I have lost 12lbs in 10 days so with some luck will shift a stone in 2 weeks. I have done a similar diet before and because I am not nearly as heavy as I once was I thought the losses would be less, but they aren't. :D
