Monday weigh in

I been quite good this week with the SW diet, and put 1lb on, :argh: mind you only been running once this past week tho so maybe due to less exercise.
Must try harder this week, and will only have a drink at the weekends, i tend to want to use all my syns on booze lol, some weeks are harder than others as some of you may know! DOH!

Still i will keep at it! been doing my abs nearly every morn, i would like BEP Fergies abs by Chrimbo! wouldnt that be nice, may need to do it a bit more for that maybe! lol
