    Anyone else being weighed in today? I normally would be on my way there now, but not being weighed until 7pm tonight. Feeling a bit nervous to be honest!! Anyway, let us know how you do!

    You might be surprised, don't worry about it now, there's nothing you can do. Just look at it and ask why you blipped, learn from it, and then it does you a favour!

    Good luck with your WI tonight. I lost 3 3/4lb this week so I'm happy with that. Especially now totm has just reared its ugly head for the 2nd time this month!

    Well done Angie! That's great!

    I managed to lose 6.5lbs this week taking be from 18st 1.5lbs to 17st 9lbs which I'm quite happy with!
