Morning all, the weekend went by in a flash, thankfully we have the bank holiday to look forward to!

B: Bagel 7 syns, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
MM: blueberries, mullerlight

L: Quorn & veggie stir fry, salad

D: Asparagus risotto 1/2 HE A (parmesan), Parma ham HE B

S: ryvita HE B, LC Lite 1/2 HE A
E: None today
W: 2 litres

afternoon all :)

sorry louise but I just couldn't face brekkie this morning:eek::D

mid morning snack - Banana

Lunch - pasta, boiled egg, quorn sausage, lettuce, carrot and spring onion with vlf cottage cheese

afternoon snack - apple

tea - quorn chilli, jkt potato cheese (2 x hex a)

Evening snack - ryvita and marmite (hex b)

brekkie- beans on toast (HEB) banana
lunch- jacket potato with cheese (HEA) and salad
dinner- low fat super noodles or past n sauce (havent decided)
snacks- more bananas, mullerlight, grapes, alpen light (HEB)
drinks- tea (milk HEA) diet cola

Brekkie: Banana and cup of tea
Lunch: Sushi (including 1 HEB)
Dinner: Chicken salad.

It doesn't sound like much but I had loads of the sushi and I've got the biggest roast chicken waiting at home to be destroyed!

lunch: apple, banana, mullerlight, satsuma
dinner: quorn sausage, butterbean & stewpack veg casserole & jacket potato
supper: cocoa to drink and 2 x alpen light (hxb)

It sounds like loads but I'm having a hungry day, must be the cold weather! And I didn't eat much yesterday....
