    Morning all! I did the race for life yesterday and it was awesome. Although I got dressed to go and my husband said, are those fat pants (my jogging bottoms) and when I turned around and gave him the look of death he says, because they are so big on you. LOL

    B: Bagel 5 syns

    L: Houmous, pitta HE B, stuffed vine leaves, greek salad with feta HE A, tabbouleh

    D: Courgette pasta bake with bacon HE B, salad

    S: mullerlight, strawberries from the garden
    E: rest day
    W: 3 litres

    Cor you're good at planning lol! I have only planned breakfast so far and that's been and gone! Will come back and fill this in as and when:

    B: bowl of chopped fruit (apple, banana, strawberries) with v.low fat natural yoghurt

    L: salad with balsamic vinegar & l/f cottage cheese

    T:

    S: Tea & coffee with milk from hex a, Starbucks Skinny Cappuccino 5 syns

    B: Porridge (1B)
    L: Pasta N Sauce (free)
    D: Rice and beef chilli (1B)

    S: 3 chocolates (8 syns)

    Hi

    Nice and sunny here, shame I am in an office and cannot be outside!

    Breakfast: x 4 Ryvita and x 5 light laughing cow (HE A & B)
    Lunch: Batchelors Savoury Rice and Mullerlight Yoghurt
    Tea: Not quite decided but tempted to make a lentil dahl

    snacks - plums and I have a melon in the fridge!
    Exercise - 20 mins interval training on treadmill and 20 mins powerplate
    syns - none yet - had rather too many on Saturday so keeping syns very low may not be a bad idea at the moment!

    day off today - so bit of a late starter! trying to do success express.

    BREAKFAST:
    hi-fi bar (HEX B).

    LUNCH:
    (2/3 plate) = tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and scrambled egg (made with dash of water).
    (1/3 plate) = baked beans.
    (plus) w/m toast (HEX B) and ketchup (1 sin)

    DINNER:
    (2/3 plate) = italian salad, tomatoes and pepper.
    (1/3 plate) = cheese pasta salad (cheese (hex a), peppers, spring onion and 3 tbsp extra light mayo (3 sins)
    (plus) 2 x quorn southern fried burgers (5 sins)

    snacks: depends on how hungry i am - dinner won't be until around 8pm.

    Oh well, booking the next one soon, can't decide between

    * Vienna
    * Rome
    * Milan
    * New York

    I've been to Milan...The cathedral is wonderful, but my favourite has to be lake Como, it's so romantic .... Ahh the memories :cupid:

    difficult choice! i'd go for milan or rome, but only because i hate flying and i've already been to vienna! lol

    What is Vienna like? That is my choice at the moment. I've already been to Rome, but BF wants to go there.....
    We're going in October...

    You really don't want to know!! It's tasty though! Back from 5 days at Glasto... doing some cooking tonight as I work all over the place so need the food ready. Back at work tomorrow :eek:(

    Lunch - Vegetarian Sushi , Salad with roquefort cheese (hexa).
    Diner - Homemade minestrone soup, Strawberries.
    Snacks - Small pack of Quavers (4.5 syns).
    3 Crackerbread (hexb) & marmite

    it's quite beautiful and grand - lots of history. they have the spanish riding school there and nice architecture. i was only there for a day when i went to austria and the reason i went was to see a painting by a particular artist i like and it was shut!!! boohoo. so my trip was somewhat tarnished!

    i would go to italy - cos you know you're gonna get some good food and they're very friendly.

    Sounds fab, we are thinking of Rome/Milan as well! Already did NY this year (not exciting as that's where my parents live LOL)

    Keeping really busy at the mo and loving this weather. Will be off the boards from Thursday - weekend, getting laser eye surgery Thursday afternoon!!! Can't wait!
