So im making that leap over to weight watchers after a gain of 21lbs :( and i just cant get back on that slimming world wagon..

I dont have my weight watchers books yet so im using the divide by 40 rule until they come.
doing 29 points as im not sure what i should be on :)

Going to weight in on a saturday every week as then i can use my weeklies and work them off all week x

Breakfast
skinny hazelnut latte (3)
2 x crumpets (5)
country life butter (1)
mature cheese (3)

Lunch
pasta (4)
coleslaw (3)
lemon pepper chicken (1)
can of lilt (3)
diet coke (0)

City Kitchen meal (unsure which one)(13)
