Monthy cycle!!!

Afternoon you lovely ladies (& gents)
Just wanted to ask how one copes with the sweet cravings at a certain time off the month.
I'm on day 3 now doing SS+. So far I have supped 5pints of water, 2 CDs & chicken with leek/spring cabbage. Oh & not forgetting the sucking of 15 tic tacs.
Not sure at this rate I'll get into ketosis!

Have you thought about a sweet fix with the porridge ? I find them all quite sweet so they may hit the spot ? x
 
Had porridge this morning & saving my final one for later on this evening. Just supped some more water & making a peppermint tea. Ummm! Xx

Still...... Arghhh. So I've decided to have a hot choc shake now & porridge again later. That'll be 4 CDs in just one day when I should only be having the 3. But hey hoe, reckon its better doing that than eating the M&S strawberry & rhubarb pie with custard to which the rest of my gang are currently tucking into :) x

Fingers crossed that keeps the craving at bay, I keep forgetting to buy some peppermint, I drink it at work so must remember to pop it on my shopping list. Keep up the good work x
 
What week are you on if past 2nd week could have the bars.
 
Give the bars a go after week 2 they are yummy.
