I'm a long term dieter and have just returned to WW after (yet another) stint on SW!!
I just feel I need to be more in control of what I eat and I know WW does that for me. I also know I eat more veg on WW as I feel I have to bulk my meals out with them in order to keep the points low and satisfy my large appetite!!!
So, started again on Saturday and am feeling very positive.

Hi, i started last week. First week went really well, 2lbs off, despite plenty of obstacles along the way. Am feeling really positive about this week. Good luck with your first week. Top tip - track everything!!!
