hi how you all doing?
i'm shattered my little boy has a high temp and even though he slept well i was wondering about him and didn't sleep well then he woke at 5 this morning. hes boiling but saying hes cold so i'm waiting to ring doc now. i'm hoping my shakes give me enough energy today don't really want to have a meal day before wi.
i think this week might be a low result but as long as i get into my 11's i don't care and i only needed 1.5 for that.
