Was it a sneaky mid-week hop on the scales or your actual weigh in?

I hopped on mine this morning and it does not look good, then I reminded myself that i don't weigh in till monday so i shouldn't stress myself out - Lots of fruit, vegetables and soup this weekend to try and get me back on track!

Morning Gemma ... Im the same as you as regards to jumping on the sclaes when i shouldnt! ... Just keep trying hun at least your watching what your eating the majority of the time!
could you plan your meals and then save some for the evenings? .. maybe go and buy some ww puddings so at least when you eat its somthing lowish in points! ..

I know its tough once youve lost it hun im exactly the same at the moment ...
