morning everyone, my first day of restart today eeeeeek

so i am back on lipotrim this morning for a few weeks to get rid of xmas podge and weight gained after having gallbladder removed, i dont think it will take long...

going to start today like i never stopped 'yeah right' maybe wishful thinking but that will keep me focused, few weeks is nothing compared to 22 and i know i can do it

wish me luck for the next few days...hope you are all doing ok

thanks hun,just had black coffee,taking the kids to school then going to get stuck into a vanilla n coffee with ice shake lol must admit i have missed it but who knows what it will taste like now hehehehehe

Hi Nicki, glad you are over your op I am restarting again today, have jumped up to 12st 10lb but decided to wait until today to attempt it again as it was dads 80th b'day party last saturday. I have had 1 litre of water, a vanilla/choc n coffee latte and a black coffee so and seem to be coping lol. Good luck to everybody
