Syns Morrison’s the best chunky haddock in breadcrumbs

If anyone can tell me the syn value of this piece fish please. As it has a free food element I know the 20 cal/1 syn probably doesn’t apply.

I fancy this for dinner but not got a clue on syn value.

Hi, I can't find haddock but Morrisons the best chucky breaded cod is 9 syns each (simila weight as the haddock filets)
