When at group on Wednesday I asked what were the best sausages to have "syn" wise and was told that Morrisons Eat Smart Sausages were free but upon checking the website it seems they are ½syn unless you have the frozen ones and they are 3syns each.

There's only 4 types listed on the website, does anybody know if there are others which are really FREE?

Yes the Morrisons Sausages are 1/2 syn each now and I dont think there are any "free" sausages apart from Quorn Sausages (unless someone knows something I dont!)

Sainsburys do Extra Lean Cumberland Sausages for 1/2 syn each.

might give the quorn a go, i'm sure I saw something in the Summertime booklet from class about a syn free sauce to go with them that might hide the taste ;)

at the end of the day, ½ syn is better than 4½ which were the sausages that I bought last week!!!!! lol

    thanks again Bubba!

Joe's sausages are the only sausages I know to be syn-free. I haven't tried them myself, but everyone says they are delicious. They are quite expensive though :(

they are a bit on the pricey side....but really really yummy and knock spots off the morrisons ones ;) (so are all the burgers and marinated bbq meats all syn free). We clubbed together at group and put an order in so we got free delivery which saved a bit too

The low fat sausages (WW and morrisons) are ok - but taste 1000 times better barbecued!!!

I personally like the Weight Watchers sausages - 1/2 a syn each and not too herby :) xx
