Hi everyone, I've not had much luck finding these on Slimming World's syns online but I was hoping someone might be able to help. These are just plain pieces of cooked chicken, found in the frozen section. It says 'chicken pieces in a plain marinade'. The ingredients are chicken, flour and water. Not sure what the syns will be because of the flour although I can't imagine there's much flour in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
