Hi, I'm just getting back into SW again and am doing it from home. I'm also using this app for the first time in ages so if I'm not posting this in the right place can someone please tell me where it should be!

I'm looking for the Syn value of Morrisons chilled Quiche Lorraine. Can someone please tell me what it is?

a 100g serving is 13.5 syns - if it is the crustless version it is only 7.5syns for an 85g serving.
