Morrisons salad bar...

    Hey everyone - does anyone know if Morrisons salad bar rice is SW friendly? I'm wondering if there is any added oil etc? Thanks in advance

    I have these when we go to morrisons , but do tend to have bolied egg, cue, tomato, lettuce, carrot and just have a very small amount of pasta, just so I get a bit of mayo running through it all , But steer clear of the rice cos if you look at it , its all shiny- so no doubt its got oil on it . dunno how many syns but i just put it down to having 'full fat mayo' !!!

    Thanks for the replies ladies. I had it in the end, mostly good stuff but a little rice and cous cous. Better than what I normally opt for! xx
