Morrisons Sausages?

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and love reading all the info you lot post!! I started SW (again!!) yesterday in prep for Christmas.

Just wondering if anyone knows if the low fat pork sausages from Morrisons are free on a red day... I heard a rumour they might be!!

I believe they are yes! Hooray. Quite nice too, find them better if cooked in the oven - rather than grilled or fried with frylight.

Yes...free!!!! They are lovely. I find that if you bake them in the oven they dry out unless in a sauce/ casserole, but other than that treat them as a normal sausage!

The Frozen Eat Smart ones aren't free - only the 8 pack in the chiller are! And the Lincolnshire/Cumberland ones have syns - only the Pork are free.

Hi,

Just found these in morrison's, I thought I would buy a packet as they are FREE but they are quite pricey. I am looking forward to making a sausage casserole with them. can't wait. mmmm
