Morrisons savers (or value) tinned vegetable curry

Bought a tin of this to use as a base for a curry some time this week. Anyone know the syns? Or even better, if it's free??

Its not listed, so youd have to post the NVs so someone can calculate it for you

Energy 53kcal
Protein 2.2g
Carbs 9.3g
Fat 0.3g
Fibre 1.9g

Tin is 392g and free foods include carrot (14%) and potatoes (11%)

Any idea of syn values anyone? Pretty pleeeeease?!

Is carrot the very top item on the list? Only the top item counts for free food allowance.

If it is carrots then it comes out as:

3 Syns per tin
