most effective? - red, green or extra easy???

Just wondering which plan people find to be the best for weight loss? (not what you prefer):confused:
 
Sorry but there is no answer to your question. It will be different for everyone - you might lose most on red while I do on green. Its a case of suck it and see Im afraid.And tbh even the plan you lose most on may not be the best plan for you to do. If you don't enjoy that plan and feel satisfied by the things you can eat you wont last the distance. And if you feel deprived on it then you are more likely to fall off the wagon big time :)
 
That's true, so far I'm on EE and the weight is certainly not flying off but it's very easy to do so I suppose I'd really be able to stick to this long term. Just always wanting fast results as I've so much to lose!
