MOTIVATED! New start food diary :)

Thought I'd do a diary to keep myself on track :) any thoughts or pointers would be muchas appreciated :D

I'm following red and green I generall do 2 red days then a green..

Tuesday: Red

Big Breakie! 2 bowyers sausages (2 syns) 2 lean bacon, scrambled eggs, tinned tomatos and 2 brown bread (hex B) had flora on the toast so say a syn or 2 I don't really know what it is for that

Dinner was A big bowl of chopped strawberries, rasberries, blackberries and banana with a muller light and 2 alpen bars (hex B)

Tea was a load of heated chicken, and I picked at some ham later on

Glass of milk (hex A) and a cherry underland muller light thingie 2 syns

About 6 syns!

Wednesday: Red

Bacon & onion omlette Hex A for the cheese 2 toast hex B

2 bananas and loads of grapes with a muller light

Steak with a moantain of veg with onion gravy made with oxo, syn free :D

Muller light and 2 tangerines

2 alpen bars Hex B

2 jaffa cakes 5
flora on toast 1 2??

Thursday: Green

Chopped strawberries, rasberries, blackberries and banana with a muller light 2 alpen bars Hex B

Loads of stir fry veg with egg noodles and 2 eggs cooked through, another muller light

2 alpen bars hexB and a glass of milk hexA

Tea was chicken curry no rice just a nice big bowl

Then another alpen bar - 3 syns
