Chala,! you have done really well losing the 6 lb last month. i know you would of liked to lose more..but its better 6 lb off rather than 6 lb on... if you lose 6 lb next month thats nearly a stone..keep positive your doing well.

The slower you lose weight the more likely you are to keep it off - you are doing really well!!!!!!

i know exactly how you feel. in fact, i caved today. but if you didnt diet, how much would you weigh this time next year? and the year after? what about your health and longevitiy? 1lb per week loss adds up to four stone in a year..thats what im clinging onto

I agree, keep up the good work... dont be down about it, I have a slow weight loss too I am lucky if I lose 1lb a week... but I have lost a whole stone now and i know that I would no way have done this on my own, these blueys really stop you popping things in your mouth!!!!... I have now worked out that by next August I will have lost 3 stone all together, so my advice to you would be to just keep going, keep chipping away at it bit by bit and while you are doing it just get on with your life as normal and the time will pass and the weight will come off little by little... but all the little bits really add up dont they???

yep me as well. Trying hard and keep going of to do something else. Thing is if you cave then you will have to lose what you gain and then the rest. I caved and i am now slowly getting back to what i was before i caved, stupid thing is i feel proud at what i am losing at the moment till i had a reality check. The least i have weighed since doing this is 13 stones 10lbs (i think) and today i weigh 13 stones 11lbs . So really i haven't lost anything as of yet and its taken me 3 wks to do so.
Don't cave,go do something else. I don't recommend clearing cupboards though,lol....cause who notices that you have done them if the the door is always shut ,lol.

    xx

Hey hun how are you feeling today? I know it's so hard to carry on when you just want to give up but I think you will feel a bit better if you lose just a little more weight. I think it will spur you on some more. I know that's what has happened with me. Usually I lose a stone then lose motivation because I think I have so many more to lose and it seems impossible so I come off whatever diet I'm on then I end up putting the weight back on and then some more. This time I've lost a stone and a half and I'm feeling better already. I still have a long way to go but I feel like it is achievable, one step at a time. xx

6lb is a good loss, that's nearly half a stone. They say it's better to lose weight slowly because it means you're more likely to keep it off. xx
