Motivation, Tips and Willpower Needed!?

Hello Peeps.

My name is Dan, 22 from Leicester and basically seeking the title in question.

Over Christmas, I sort of let myself go abit and when on an absolute binge of drinking, eating takeouts/fast food and not really keeping an eye on what I was eating/drinking. To be fair, i'm a young lad and I do go out alot partying with friends but ideally I want to keep that on hold for a while (or at least limit them).

In the past, I've been very good with going gym and keeping my fitness to a standard but since I came back from Magaluf last july, I haven't really made any commitments which probably explains me putting on 2 stone... oops. My goal is to basically get down to 14stone again as for my body type, this is my ideal weight (I've put on abit of muscle since I was 18). I aim to achieve this by end of april if possible.

If anyone can point me to diets, motivation pages/videos and throw in a mix of useful links, I would appreciate this. I will be an active user on this site so feel free to direct message me or reply to this thread.
