Scuse the strange title but its the only way i can describe it! Basically start of the week after WI i feel great, then comes the start of a new week. (i weigh on wednesdays, mondays i go down hill) Its like i just cant be bothered. This makes me nervous for weigh ins and i just dont know how to stop this. Driving me mad.

I know that feeling. I purposely used to get weighed on a Monday to give me a fresh go at the week. My reasoning was that if I messed up at the weekend then I could start with a clean slate on Monday. Any chance you could do something similar?
