Mousse desire!

    Would it really do that much harm to have more than one mousse mix a day?
    What if I pick up my exercise? I mean its only an extra 40 cals isnt it?
    I reeeeeaaly fancy pate later but already had a mousse for breakfast......

    it depends how carb sensitive you are and how long into CD you are.

    oh right....
    Im in week 6 and not sure how carb sensitive I am...only fell out of ketosis once (last week during aam)...
    Maybe I should just leave alone then....didnt even think it was to do with carbs silly me! xx

    well its up to you. I highly doubt that one extra mix a mousse would hurt on this occasion BUT it is extra carbs.

    I'll give it a go just for today....
    and strictly NO mousse tomorrow!.....
    Wish I had some of that porridge stuff everyone talks about....not too thrilled about having a tetra for brekkie tomorrow but hey ho! Thanks hun.x
