moving to cruise phase Help please!

Hi all

just want to make sure i have this right.

I will be finishing my attack today (3 days according to dukan web) and as of tomorow I do pp and then the next day pv until i finish cruise??????????

Yep if u want to follow it alternate days like that

you would be better doing a pv then pp as your body will need the veg but its entirely up to you
