So I'm back and it is day 1, I am excited at thought of losing weight, feeling and looking better, but I know it will be hard. I'm also going to try and keep a diary up-to-date, something that I didn't do previously.
 
Should of added some info on my WI and starting weight.

Woohoo!!!! I've only gone and lost 13 lb in my first week, well pleased even though I know that the initial losses are bigger, but I'm prepared for that :D
 
My BMI has dropped by almost 2 points as well and I've lost inches, get in!!!

Well I lost 5 lb (5.2 lb) this week. 1.8 inches off my chest, 2.8 inches off my waist (navel), 2.8 inches off my hips and 1 inch off my thighs in the first 2 weeks :D

Just completed my WI and measurements. Lost 5 lb this week (23 lb in total) and I'm now under 17 stone :D
 
Yes!!! Well done for getting under the 17stone bracket!! Bet your delighted!! Keep it up mrmojo =D
 
Yeah, very pleased, thanks Chelly. I'm introducing the extra meal this week, so only expecting a 2-3 lb loss next week. But hoping for a 6-7 lb loss the following week.
