Hello!
Since having my son nearly 2 years ago iv been trying to get rid of my baby weight!
My starting weight in January 2010 was 15st 9lbs!
I got to 13st 5lbs and stopped in around march this year,
We got married on the 9th July and I wasn't happy with how I looked on the photos so got on the scales yesterday and weight has crept back to 14st!! I am a 14-16 at the moment I want to be a 12, (I'm 5'9 so don't look too bad for my weight)

I am doing ww pro points (again!) can have 34 points a day plus 49 weeklys

Aiming to get to 12st but at least 13st by the time we go on honeymoon at the end of September!!

Weigh in on mondays!

Monday 18th July

Breakfast - caramel latte 2pp
Lunch - ww beef and veg Hotpot 6pp
Snack - 1slice of toast with Marg 5pp
Dinner - cheese chicken escalope, scoop of mash and 2 corn on the cob with bit of lowfat butter 17pp
Snack - caramel latter and chocolate miniroll 6pp

Exercise 30mins exercise bike earned 3activity points!

Total for day - used 34 daily and 2weekly points earned 3activity points

First day went easier than expected and listened to my iPod whilst exercising for the first time and it went so much faster and was much more fun! :)
