    I have just started slimming world.
    My friend has lost 4 1/2 stone in 6 month with this diet. Struggled for years an now she looks amazing.
    So im giving it a go :)

    how did the couscous cake taste? I made a chickpea carrot cake, can't say I particularly liked it - I prefered the muller light polenta cakes I made.... If the cake was good I may have to make it!

    Why so much quorn? Is it better than meat?
    Also, I notice you not having fruit is that something you have to avoid?
    But diet sounds good, I think I might give it a go, I'm on CD but can't stick to it!:(

    cuscus cake was ok had that instead of my rich tea but preffer the biscuits :)
    Normally have quorn on a green day tastes yum in a curry but not too keen on the mince meat version..
