MrsFearby food and weight loss diary!! Bring on SlimFearby :)

    Well today is Tuesday the 8th March, i started SW from home yesterday! let the journey begin for a slimmer me!! florida in september so i have 7 months to lose as much as i can!

    start weight 13st 13lbs
    setting myself mini targets of 7lb till i get to where i wanna be! here goes :)

    Monday 7th March :- green day :-

    Breakfast - apple and banana in muller light yog

    Lunch - savory rice, boiled eggs

    snack - muller light yog's

    Tea - spaghetti, chopped tomatoe pasta sauce, bacon (HEXb)

    had my HEXa in my milk for my cuppa teas.

    Tuesday will follow
    ( just hope im doing this right )

    Well today was boring for meals, as time flew by for me today. i am new to this so any tips or advice would be greatly received :) RED DAY

    Breakfast - apple and banana in muller light yog

    lunch - fruit salad

    Tea - salad, with chicken done in seasoning, chunks of gammon and boiled egg

    totally forgot to have my HEXb's Doh!!
    HEXa's used on my milk for my cuppa tea's
