Hey all, this is my first time here. I've been back at weight watchers now for a week and must say I do like the new system.

Today is weigh day so I'm nervous. First week didn't go as planned. Got a couple of invites out. But hoping for something. Last week weighed in at 13 stone :cry:. I want to get to 11st 7lbs, that'll leave me at a nice size 12. Wish me luck.

My ppoints allowance is 30

Todays Diary - Tuesday 26/7/11

Breakfast:
Kiwi, nectarine and Pear (0)
Activia fat free yoghurt (2)
total Breakfast: 2


snack:
Banana and can diet coke

Lunch:
Wholemeal Pitta pocket (4)
stuffed with peashoots, water cress lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish and alfalfa shoots, 30g Apetini cheese (2), 2 slices Denny ham (1), 2tbsp extra light mayo(1) and scallions. Yum total lunch: 8

Haven't had dinner yet so will add in later.

Hi Mrs Lmc . welcome to minimins. Glad you are enjoying propoints . I love it too i must say. Best of luck with the WI tonight . keep posting and tracking your food . It does work.:D

Think I posted my food diary in the wrong place. Is it weight losses only on this thread. Will repost in the Food Diary section.

But anyway back from class and 4.5lbs down. She put me at 12st 10.5lbs so I must have been 13st 1lb last week. Delighted though:D:D:D
