MrsO food diary

Well im going to start one of these to see if it helps me keep motivation and on track.
I feel i need a diary to keep me going and basically just write down how im feeling and things.

Today so far i have had-Green day

Ski 0% yoghurt & strawberries-free
Green tea-free
Cheese and bean toastie-bread 1heb & cheese 1 hea & beans free
tin of pepsi max
4 sticks of celary
Alpen bar-1/2 of heb
bottle of water

Been having a busy day so far and im quite hungry now but waiting for my tea to be ready.
Went out to a cafe with dh and my kiddies earlier and had a bottle of water and no cake:eek:-i must be full of motivation today to resist!!

Well going to bed shortly and have had a very good day.
All the above then had:

Baked potato, cauliflower & a spoon of cheese sauce (not sure how many syns in cheese sauce ill guess 5 as it really wasnt much)
Muiller lite
Alpen bar-1/2 heb
Strawberries & pinapple

So a good day and managed not to eat anything unhealthy at night which is when i usually cave in!
Friday 18 June-Green day
Ok the plan for today is:-

Breakfast-2 fried eggs fired in fry lite, i slice of toast (1/2 heb) tomato sauce (2syns)
strawberris & celery sticks, green tea
Lunch-Slimming world pizza (smash, tomato puree (2syns) peppers, ham (heb) cheese (2xhea), ski 0% yoghurt, pepsi max
Tea-Potatos, green beans, carrots, Quorn lamb steak, grapes
pinapple, strawberries

Looks good - what does the SW pizza taste like? Does it end up like a bit of a mess on your plate or can you eat it like slices of heavenly fattening pizza?

Do you know it is absloutly delicious and you can eat it like normal pizza although a few of my slices last time were a bit floppy! I made it after lunch to have for tea last time just to try it out and ended up eating the whole lot about 2pm as it was sooooooo nice! Didnt have any tea that night it was so filling. Mmmmm cant wait till lunch.!
Have you got the recipie?? You need to make sure the base is really thin, spray with fry lite and cook it on one side first for 20 mins then turn it over and put the topping on

No I don't think I have the recipe but it mght be on this site somewhere...It so delics especially as on a Green day it would be FREE - mmmm mmmmm

Ok, so i totally lost the plot for a few days and have gained one and a half pouds :(
Need to keep doing a food diary if i find the time, im currently waiting for my SW pizza to cook-i just love them!

Green day
Breakfast-Ski 0%yoghurt, green tea
Lunch-Sw pizza, tomato puree (2syns) peppers, cheese, ham ( heb) Alpen bar (1/2 heb)
Coffe, green tea, strawberries
Tea-potatos, broccoli, carrots, cooked ham, Ski yoghurt
Alpen bar (1/2 heb), pinapple

So hope i can stick to that today.....
