You have done great to. How are you finding your diet? Do the cravings get better? I still feel like giving into temptation esp at dinner time! But have resisted it so far:)

Cravings still creep up on me from time to time ...I just make a drink and it normally goes away. It does get easier honey :) keep it up and you'll get there x x x

Hi folks, Im starting L.T. tomo, I want to get off 4st in total, not only am I new to it but im also new to internet forms, so if Im doing anything wrong let me know lol, Im excited and nervous, tried S.W. but just found it too confusing (and boring what with all the meetings), and advice would be very much appreciated x :)

Best thing to do is go to the 'weight loss diaries' section and set yourself up a diary (If you havent already!! Not been over there yet lol) I diary is great to look over when your struggling....

Get that first few days under your belt and it will start to get easier!!! Good luck!!! XXX

Hi Sammy
You will find this forum very very supportive in your weightloss journey. It's my 16th day on LT. It has not been easy but girls here have really helped me through. First week is hardest and it definitely gets better after your first weigh in. Best wishes on your journey Hun :)

2nd Weigh in

Just back from pharmasict and cant believe I have lost 4 lbs:). I was expecting maximum of 2 pounds loss.

One stone gone in two weeks. Woohoo:)

just back from pharmacy, i thought i had to get off 4 stone to be a healthy BMI, but he showed me his chart and its only 3 stone - so thats not so bad, starting tomorrow, he was very very honest and told me that it was going to be hard and even a small tast of sauce on your finger tip can totally ruin the whole thing, so not having a choice to make a decision might make it easier ?????? I dont know - but im hoping so, Im just a bit anxious about how bad im actually going to be feeling on day 3 as Ive heard its the hardest??? Although the pharmacist said once you reach day 7 seven and first weigh in its alot easier ....... here's hoping :-o

I am getting full with two shakes and can't stomach the third one. Anyone else been through this . Thanks

First week was def hard for me but with all the support I managed to make it to week 2. Although hard, this diet is very rewarding:) and gets easier in week 2

Yeah Hun I have... But it's important to have it so just throw a coffee into and of the shakes and pretend you're just having a brew haha xx

Had a bad day with peanut bar today
O it is so disgusting

I did cheat today and had cup a soup:( Really really bad of me.

I tried hot shake but it was so vile, went down the drain. With weather getting cold I just wanted something hot , as chicken soup is out of question so gave in to cup a soup
