    Decided to keep a food diary on here after gaining for the last 4 weeks
    New week new day here's to weight kiss next wed

    Breakfast
    Melon, 1/2 apple & mullerlight yoghurt
    Snacks am
    Hi-fi bar (heb) & banana
    Dinner
    Tuna, sweetcorn, beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, celery, crisps (9)
    Snacks pm
    1/2 apple, melon, apple, small hot choc (1)
    Tea
    Diced chicken and chick savoury rice

    1hr at gym tonight too
