Snacks am
Hi-fi bar (heb) & banana
Dinner
Tuna, sweetcorn, beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, celery, crisps (9)
Snacks pm
1/2 apple, melon, apple, small hot choc (1)
Tea
Diced chicken and chick savoury rice

1hr at gym tonight too
