muesli as healthy extra?

    I was just wondering if anyone knows how much muesli you can have as a healthy extra b option?

    I have 28g of Jordans Natural muesli, think whether or not it can be a HEB depends on the make etc as some have added sugar

    Ah ok, thanks for that! I'm gonna add it to my fruit and low fat yoghurt in the morning for a (almost) free breakfast! x x
