I have just looked up mug shots on the slimming world website and they say they have 2 syns each:cry:

I thought they were free on green i have been having loads and not counting them:cry::cry::cry:

hi the ones that are 1% are free huni so dont panic,and the 2-3 % ones are the ones with syns

Could someone confirm whether if you were doing a extra easy day the mugshots would take the value as above i.e the ones that are 1% are free & the ones that are 2% and 3% have a syn value

Yep the syns are correct for extra easy.

Always take lowest Green or Original Syn value for extra easy.

Who makes the mug shots? I have some at home by Symingtons Ltd, but when I try to put it into SW website to check for syns, I get nothing! Do I have the right ones or are there others I dont know about?
