Does anyone know what syns are in the macaroni, roast chicken or BBQ beef?

someone at my group said there are 2 different types of mugshot and some have syns and some are free.

The mugshots on sale in the bargain store (the ones with black writing) are a slightly different recipe made especially so they can be sold at a cheaper price. Some people believe or are told in group that they are all synned because of this but its not true. Only the tomato one differs in syns from the standard supermarket version and is 1 syn. The chicken mugshot in your pic is free
