Can anyone give me the syns for the Mug Shot flavours please, the Pasta & the Noodle ones, thank you.

I know the chicken noodle and the tomato and herb pasta twist ones are free on green as i eat them loads x

Any that say 1% on the packet are free - my favourite is the sweet 'n' sour noodle one. Even the others don't have huge syn values so are worth trying.
