Hi there, I just started on Step 2 yesterday and as I don't drink milk my consultant said I was allowed a yoghurt each day instead. I'm just not sure I should be having it :/ seems like cheating somehow?! I know they are fat free and only around 99 cals but my consultant said any flavour so there's going to be sugar and sweeteners in the yoghurt. Has anyone else been told they can have a yoghurt on step 2?? Thanks :) x

I don't drink milk either and usually have Total 0% as it's fat free and mostly protien...the down side is that it's about £1 for a 170g tub!!!

Millerlight greek style 120g pot has 11g of carbs that sugar vs. total's 4g in it's 170g pot. Total has an extra 3g of protien as well...

I wouldn't have thought that the muller light yoghurts would be OK, due to the sugar content....

Same RuthG, there's sugar and sweeteners in them :/ don't think I'll bother again. Total sound good but so expensive!! You think I'll be ok just not having either? X

Are there any other fat free natural yoghurts? I'm not a massive milk drinker/yoghurt eater, so I don't know, but would be interested to hear what other people have!

There are lots of brands that do fat free "greek style" yogurt...they are the ones that tend to be lowest in sugar....

I know natural/plain fat free yoghurt will be fine but my consultant seems confident a muiller light is fine too. I don't think I wanna risk it! X
