Muller crunch corner

I I'm new to this, I decided to bite the bullet and join up! Starting weight watcher today. I'm allowed 29 pp. iv come to work and left my books at home in a hurry. I can remeber most points for today. But was wondering if anyone could tell me the pp in a muller crunch corner?? Thankyou
