muller light virtually fat free yoghurts

My mum has just started weightwatchers. Shes a bit of a techno phobe!!! and wouldnt know where to start on a comp.
Is it possible someone could please tell usd the points value for a muller light flavoured virtually fat free yoghurt. its the sticky toffee pudding flavourand is 175g. Also are all the flavours the same points value. She doesnt have her books with her today.
