    That is when I started having them.
    I love 'em, had one for breakfast today.

    This is good news to me. I thought we could only have those tiny little greek things that have no subtance in them. I'm off to the supermarket first thing tomorrow.

    muller lights are very low in fat, and cals, as are the marks and spencer count on us, do look out for some of the, so called, low fat yoghurts as they contain a lot of sugar and a lot of cals.
