    Hi all

Was hoping you could help me

I am so bored of muller lights and wanted to have something different so was planning on muller rise.

Does anyone know what their Syn Value is?

They less than 3% fat and about 100 calories per pot so not disastrous i would say

    Your help would be appreciated

    Paul

are they thicker than muller light? i think my issue with muller light is i like thick creamy yoghurts

If they are more like that i might have a go at them

    Thanks

No afraid not. Pudding rice is only free if made up with milk, either from your allowance or your syns. Unsweetened almond milk makes a beautiful rice pudding :)
