Well I've been on night this week and for my breakfast I've been having magic porridge which is so yummy, As for some reason was feeling bloated, didnt know if it was having oats for 5 nights ( magic porridge), but for the last few nights I tried banana mullerlight with all bran?. I left it in fridge overnight till required and it was so scrummy. I deff will be having this for a change. And it's helped slightly with the bloatness problem too

Anyone else got any good ideas with cereals for breakfast !
