Mummy wanting a slim tummy

Monday i started slimming world again ( i stopped when i became pregnant ) my little boy is 3 months old and im 2 stone heavier than my pre pregnancy weight. I'm hoping to lose at least 2.5 stone
I decided to start a diary so please point out if I'm doing anything wrong.

Sausage 1.5 syn mashed potatoes & veg
Gravy 2syn

maybe not the best start to the diet but my little boy wouldn't let me put him down

Ham and 35g cheese salad with x1 slice of brn bread with 1tsp spread ( lurpack lightest) 1syn

Thank you yes the bread I'm having is wholemeal, I've been trying to follow ee plan. But in don't think I'm doing it right as I'm not always having 1/3rd of my plate super free.

Bacon - fat removed once cooked so unsure if I have to syn it or not.
Mushrooms,tomatoes,baked beans, 2 slices of wm bread & spread 2syn

Rice, ham and peppers

Dinner
Beef casserole made with oxo cubes and spices, carrots, broccoli, leeks.
With mustard mash 2syns

Hungry horse sirloin steak with cooked flat mushroom, tomato and a salad ( onion, lettuce, tomato )
( thinking this would be free but when I looked in the book under wetherspoon its 39syns) :( :( :(

I had my LB 4 weeks ago and due to problems I haven't started following SW yet but have lost 23lbs without :) still got a fair few stone to go tho! Hope u are enjoying it so far! Are u attending group or going it alone?? X
 
Congratulations on your little man and well done you for the weight loss that's excellent,
I use to go to class when I lost the weight before having him, but have decided this time to do it from home
