If Green/EE how about some pasta and tomatoes, or something with rice? Mugshots if you have them are another good one for a snack. Banana's also stave off that feeling of craving.
If on Red, how about some ham, chicken slices etc or even some Mullerlites?
Just because its late in the evening, you can still have something to eat on plan.
Ughh sometimes I hate the munchies - especially if I've used all my syns! Keep to syn free or low syn snacks! I try to keep some hard boiled eggs in the fridge that I can pick at - and chopped up carrots or cherry tomatoes, fruit..or low syn treats like mikados or low syn crisps!
I'm like you...munchies = time for bed, with a massive glass of water/nas squash! Good luck beating the munchies (and enjoy your early night ) xx
In answer to your question about 2 mugshots....i normally wouldnt do this....however if i had a real bad craving i would rather eat another mugshot instead of completely blowing my syns on some really bad stuff every now and again it wont hurt!! xx
