Hi. My app is telling me that this is 5 points although its all fee veg. Is this going to be zero pro points. CONFUSED AND NEW TO THIS.

Sometimes the app confuses the content I think, I remember a big debate about the pro points in soup recently cause of the veg content 80% tomato etc. Some veggies on WW aren't free, I think because of the sugar in them. I know sweetcorn isn't and parsnips I think. Not sure what is in the salad so wouldn't want to say its free, but I'm sure it can't be 5

That's what I thought. It consists of mushrooms, grated carrot, beansprouts and some other zero point veg.

If you know there free veggies i would go ahead and count it as zero. As long as it doesn't include a sauce or something, its just plain veg. 0

Just plain with measured amount of chilli or soy sauce to keep it zero. Thank you.
